Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain an accurate customer database.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and resolve objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into actual sales.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback for reporting purposes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office, etc.).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.
- Fluent in English and Malay; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level
